Newtown Paranormal have been invited to carry out and investigation at Gregynog Hall. This is due for the first couple of weeks in April. Once we have presented our findings to the management at Gregynog we will hopefully be able to post it on our site. The plan is for the evidence to go up much quicker that it did for the Buck as there will be more people working on it.
Our Forum has had a number of hits from spammers that thankfully have been blocked. To ensure that this remains the case all necessary updates will be applied as and when they become available. Can we also ask those that register for the site to take care when filling in their e-mail address to ensure that no genuine users fail to register.

The County Times publish another article on their website regarding the possible EVP recording from our Maesmawr Investigation.
Mark Lingard has written a follow up article on the County Times website about a possible EVP that was captured in Room 12 at Maesmawr during our investigation in October. Newtown Paranormal to Investigate "The Buck Inn" in Newtown.
Newtown Paranormal have been invited by the new owners of "The Buck Inn" in Newtown to carry out an investigation. They have reported to us strange noises since they moved in. We hope to carry out this investigation in early Jan 2009. Hopefully once this has been done it will open up investigations to other Pubs in the area. Please keep checking the site for updates on this investigation.
Newtown Paranormal Feature in the County Times.
We would like to thank the "County Times" for allowing us to contribute to their publication on Haunted Mid Wales. This allowed us to carry out a mini investigation at Maesmawr Hotel which was published both in the County Times newspaper and in their publication on Haunted Mid Wales. I am currently still sifting through the data that we caught from that night and I will publish it on the website as soon as this has been completed. Some of the pictures that we have taken have been passed onto Dr Ciaran O'Keeffe (From Most Haunted) for his analysis and this has been published in this weeks edition of the County Times. I will ask if we will be able to post this on our site. I would also like to thank those people that have e-mailed us to express an interest in joining the group, I have not been able to reply to them all as yet as I have been caught up with family matters but please rest assured that I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Newtown Paranormal Assisting the County Times in a future publication.
Newtown Paranormal are currently assisting the "County Times" in a publication that they are producing for Halloween on the Ghosts and Legends of Powys. We will also be carrying out and investigation at Maesmawr Hotel. We will upload the findings from that investigation as soon as possible. Through our work with the "County Times" we are hoping that they will put a link from their website through to ours.
